In order to maintain high quality of candidates, we adhere to the following hiring process:
- Consult with Hiring Managers on open requirements and assistance in job description development
- Identify a list of Candidates through screening and attribute assessment based on the initial consultation with the hiring manager
- Prepare a detailed interview questionnaire containing behavioural and competency questions that will help us assess the candidates and select the right fit for the position. To ensure the equity in the hiring process, RecruiterSquad will utilize the same questionnaire for all interviewed candidates for the selected position
- We maintain detailed interview notes and assessments to reflect our screening rationale and selection criteria
- Provide Hiring Managers with “final pipeline” of selected candidates for open positions, including candidate profiles (resumes), screening and behavioural interview results
- Provide consultation and guidance throughout the recruiting process (e.g. compensation, negotiations, etc.)
- Provide market relevant information to assist in recruiting process
