right fit for the position. To ensure the equity in the hiring process,
RecruiterSquad will utilize the same questionnaire for all interviewed
candidates for the selected position

We maintain detailed interview notes and assessments to reflect our screening
rationale and selection criteria

Provide Hiring Managers with “final pipeline” of selected candidates for open
positions, including candidate profiles (resumes), screening and behavioural
interview results

Provide consultation and guidance throughout the recruiting process (e.g.
compensation, negotiations, etc.)
